I retired recently as one of the top most officers of the Government of India. I hold the following degrees: • Master of Law • Ph.D. in law I hold the following PG Diplomas: • Insurance Laws • Journalism & Mass Communication • Investment Management • Hospital Management • Cyber Laws • Preventive Health Care Management I was a regular speaker on the radio. Made 5 Television Programmes - on Scuba Diving, Underwater Photography, Basic Concepts of Income-tax (2 parts) and Microwave Cooking. The documentary on Scuba Diving was awarded a first prize in sports category. I used to take classes for MBA and PG students in Madras University. I have written over a hundred articles on a wide range of subjects ranging from medical subjects to travel. These have been published in almost all the leading magazines and publications of India. I am now writing regularly for a Hong Kong based magazine. I have wrtten four books on Income tax. I am the co-author of a book on the law of Arrest. My fictionalised book on Capital Punishment is due to shortly published from the U.S.
